Windermere Residence

MDLA worked with their clients to design the site for their new house on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. The team worked to tuck the home within the mature wooded landscape. Much consideration was given to the driveway design and approach to ensure the home appeared to be hidden within the existing tree canopy. Large stone terraces wrap the home and blend into the landscape. A large spa faces the lake and provides views toward the distant islands. The home serves a summer retreat and gathering place for the family and their friends.
