The Quad at Northwest Park

Working closely with the Nordblom Companies, MDLA developed a design for a centrally located park space that serves as a place for tenants to gather for lunch, corporate events, and casual meetings. Phase I of the park included an open lawn area, plantings, lighting, custom pergola structures, seating areas, and walking paths. Phase II includes two pickleball courts and additional plantings.
