The Avenue

The Avenue is a proposed mixed-use development comprising three separate buildings, including 293 residential apartment units, along with retail and office space. MDLA collaborated with the project team on concept design, permitting, and construction documentation. The landscape design integrates class-A amenities tailored for residents and guests alike.
