Swampscott Mall Redevelopment

The redevelopment of the Swampscott mall will revitalize an existing shopping center with a new 168 unit apartment building and create a walkable and vibrant lifestyle retail center. MDLA and PCA Architects focused on creating various spaces for people to gather while improving connectivity throughout the site.
