Exchange 93 is a 152,000 square foot Class-A Lab / GMP facility in Braintree, MA, revitalized by Hilco Redevelopment Partners. Our landscape design enhances the parking areas with extensive plantings of drought-resistant and salt-tolerant perennials and groundcovers, bringing vibrancy to the site.
