City Residence

This unique city residence was designed for a young family with small children in mind. With limited space, the team utilized a pool with a movable floor that allows for the children to play when the pool is not in use. Careful alignment of joints from the pool to the patio was critical to ensure a seamless look when the pool is not in use. In addition to the lower patio, a glass bridge connects the residence to a roof terrace that sits above the garage. The terrace features a lounge seating area and fire pit as well as dining space and an outdoor kitchen. The space is carefully screened for a more intimate environment. Dramatic lighting brings the space to life at night.
