Chestnut Place

One Chestnut Place is an office to residential conversion which will bring 198 market-rate apartments and 22 affordable units to downtown Worcester. The design team is transforming an existing on structure courtyard and surface parking area into an oasis for residents to enjoy. The space will include lush plantings, outdoor dining areas, an expansive exercise area, and a south facing pool deck.
