Atlantic Ave Residence

MDLA was engaged to design a site plan for a new oceanfront residence on Boston’s south shore. The plan includes an expansive entry court, terraced lawns with native plantings, and an overlook deck on an existing rock outcropping. These features are carefully integrated to enhance the residence's connection to its natural surroundings while providing stunning views and inviting outdoor spaces.
