76 Ashford

76 Ashford Place is a proposed 16-story residential building featuring 262 housing units. This project aims to serve as a new gateway with direct access to the future MBTA West Station. MDLA collaborated with the project team to develop both interim and full-build landscape plans. Currently, the project is under review by the BPDA (Boston Planning & Development Agency).
