MDLA worked closely with RODE Architects to develop the public realm and exterior amenity spaces for the project. The project consists of a new 9 story building with approximately 71 residential units. A new raised bike lane, street trees, furnishing zone and sidewalk were coordinated with City of Boston planning staff. The plaza is created through creatively carving away at the facade and consists of spaces for users to interact and relax.
